报告题目1：Optimal binding functions of some (even hole, cap)-free graphs

报告摘要：A {\em cap} is a graph obtained from a hole by adding an additional vertex which is adjacent exactly to two adjacent vertices of the hole. In this talk, we introduce some recent results on binding functions of (even hole, cap)-free graphs.
报告人简介：许宝刚，南京师范大学教授，研究方向为图论。主持完成国家自然科学基金7项（重点项目1项）；参与完成国家自然科学基金重点项目2项；现主持1项国家重点研发计划课题。长期从事图的染色与划分问题的研究，在图的染色与划分方面做了一些有意义的工作，解决了由国际著名图论学家所提出的一系列猜想与问题，在JCTB，Combinatoric，CPC, SIDMA, JGT，EJC，Sci. China Math.等期刊上发表文章80余篇。曾任中国运筹学会常务理事、中国数学会理事、中国运筹学会图论与组合分会副理事长，现任中国数学会组合数学与图论专业委员会主任委员。
报告题目2：On locally-primitive bicirculants

报告摘要：Finite arc-transitive bicirculants with valency $3, 4$, or $5$ have been classified in several previous papers. In 2022, Devillers, Giudici, and Jin gave a reductive characterization of finite arc-transitive bicirculants, and using this, in 2023 a classification of finite $2$-arc-transitive bicirculants is obtained. In this talk, we give a complete classification of finite locally-primitive bicirculants.
报告人简介：靳伟，湘潭大学教授，省级领军人才，第八届世界华人数学家大会45分钟邀请报告人，第八届欧洲数学家大会30分钟邀请报告人。博士毕业于西澳大利亚大学（导师为Cheryl Praeger教授），米纳斯联邦大学博士后。曾在澳大利亚昆士兰大学、拉筹伯大学和斯洛文尼亚Primorska大学访问学习。发表学术论文50余篇，其中多篇论文发表在了JLMS（2篇），JCTB，JCTA，JGT，EJC.等著名期刊上，主持和完成国家自然科学基金多项。
